The Caine Woods Community is in North Ocean City on the Bay Side between approximately 135th Street and the Delaware line, and was originally developed by James B. Caine back in the 1960’s. Mr. Caine also developed the Montego Bay Community to the South and had at one time or another had a hand in developing much of the Town of Ocean City North of 94th Street.
Caine Woods was originally wooded, but is now largely cleared and fully developed. Some homes in Caine Woods are waterfront. Nearly all are single family homes, but some are townhouses and condominiums.
